From 2018 until 2020, I had the opportunity to work at an economic development and tourism firm called Development Counsellors International. I first started as a Graphic Design Intern and transitioned to full-time as a Jr. Graphic Designer and eventually got promoted to Graphic Designer. There, I spearheaded the design and creation of highly visual internal decks, sales proposals, and presentations to assist in current and new business development as well as serviced over 50 clients across economic development and tourism industries such as Netherlands, California, and Japan. I designed various marketing materials and assets such as marketing reports, infographics, digital ads, e-newsletters, brochures, social media, and video and motion graphics.
DCI is a company that specializes in economic development and travel marketing, as well as investment lead generation services. Since its founding, DCI has worked with more than 450 cities, regions, states, provinces and countries, helping them attract both investors and visitors.
